100% Satisfaction Guarantee for First-Time Clients
If you are a first-time client and are not satisfied with your consultation, we offer a complete refund under the following conditions:

- Request must be made within 48 hours of the consultation
- Clear explanation of why the consultation did not meet expectations
- Process:

- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Cancellation Refunds
- 24+ hours before consultation: 100% refund
- 12-24 hours before: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours: No refund (except emergencies)
- No-show: No refund
Emergency Exceptions
We understand that emergencies happen. We will consider full refunds for:
- Medical emergencies (with documentation)
- Family emergencies
- Technical issues on our end
Project Services
Pre-Project Phase
- Initial Deposits (30% of project value):
- Fully refundable if cancelled before work begins
- Non-refundable once work commences
- Transferable to future projects within 6 months
- Discovery/Planning Phase:
- 50% refund if cancelled within first week
- No refund after specifications are delivered
During Project Execution
- Milestone Payments:
- Non-refundable once milestone is completed
- Partial refund for incomplete milestones (prorated)
- Scope Changes:
- Additional work is non-refundable once started
- Cancelled scope additions: 100% refund if not started
- Project Cancellation:
- Client pays for all work completed to date
- Refund for any unused prepaid amounts
- Delivery of all work completed
Post-Delivery
- Acceptance Period:
- 7 days to review and request changes
- After acceptance: No refunds
- Bug Fix Warranty (30 days):
- Free fixes for bugs in delivered code
- Does not cover new features or changes
- No refund if bugs are fixed within warranty

- Failure to provide necessary information or access
- Repeated rescheduling or delays
- Changes to original requirements
- Use of deliverables in production before acceptance

- Unauthorized use of services
- Violation of Terms of Service

- Third-party service failures
- Changes in client's business circumstances
- Market condition changes
